I finally packed my bag yesterday, and the baby's, too. I *think* I have all that I'll need =) OHMYGOSH It's almost time!!!!
AS of right now (ask me later) my only anxiety is how to check myself in lol! I was so excited at my surgery consult last week, that I had forgotten to ask. Do I just go up to L&D tomorrow at my check in time? Do I bring all my stuff with me, or should I leave it in the car and have the husband fetch it after? Can I wear makeup? I better be able to! I look like I have no eyelashes or eyebrows without it! (blond hairs!)
Hrmm.. Should I wear new panties? :P Or will I be pantiless? lol! Seriously, this is what's going through my mind. 16 years ago when I had my daughter, I wore the net panties at the hospital, and they supplied the pads...Do you bring your own to the hospital in the States?
More anxiety!
I made the mistake of leaving the camera situation till the last minute. What I mean is, I didn't let my husband touch my camera till last night. Lord help him. He cannot take pictures! I am hoping/praying for atleast 5 semi good ones right after birth. I'll do the rest after I recover!
Oh! and please pray that he does NOT drop the camera on the baby...I had him put the camera's neck strap on last night! During my transfer for my IVF cycle, he managed to drop a mini portable video player on my head...
I'm hoping to update some more, to catch any more thoughts as I get closer to tomorrow!
